2025-01-06	Bo*****	Was promised a shipping refund on a item that cost less than the "Expedited Shipping" that took about 3 weeks to arrive. Haven't received the credit yet. Beware. Also, the product wasn't great. It was a sweater for my Nephew who may never wear it cause its "itchy" to him

2024-12-27	Xa*****	I ordered something for my brother on November 29th, it is currently December 27th and I still haven't gotten it. When I click the tracking number it takes me to their website and I get blocked. I contact customer service literally 10 times and nothing. Customer service tickets all take me to a blocked page. Screw these guys! This happened to my friends 5 times as well. Looking to sue.

2024-12-25	Br*****	This app sucks. Do not ever buy anything from here. I ordered something for Christmas in early December and was told that I would receive it in time for Christmas. Well here we are on Christmas Eve and no item. Also, trying to get ahold of customer support is a complete joke. Can't call or chat with an agent, you have to email them. Not very convenient
