PB Partner by PrintBuddy

PB Partner by PrintBuddy is the work app for the people who look after PrintBuddy self-service print kiosks in India: on-site partners at colleges, malls and other venues, franchise partners, and the PrintBuddy operations team.

Access is by invitation only. Your PrintBuddy administrator registers your mobile number; you sign in with that number and a one-time code sent by SMS. There is no public sign-up and no password.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- See your kiosks at a glance
Every kiosk assigned to you, with online or offline status, a toner or ink level and a paper estimate. The list refreshes automatically while it is open.

- Check supplies before you travel
Toner, ink-bottle or ink-pack levels by colour, as reported by the kiosk's printer. If a printer has not reported for two hours, the app shows "Not reporting" instead of an old reading.

- Keep paper counts right
See paper tray by tray for the kiosk's printer model, switch optional trays on or off, and record a new paper count after you refill. Trays the printer does not report are marked "Not detected". Paper remaining is estimated from your last count and the printer's page counter.

- Act on alerts
Get alerted when a kiosk or its printer goes offline, toner or ink runs low or out, paper runs low or out, a tray is empty, or the printer reports a jam, an open door, a missing cartridge or another error. Mark an alert as handled once you have fixed it.

- Choose your notifications
Critical only, All alerts or Muted: change it any time in your profile. Alerts always stay visible in the app.

- Track spares on site
Log deliveries of paper reams, toner cartridges, ink bottles or ink packs, count what is on the shelf, and see the history of every change and who recorded it.

WHO SEES WHAT
On-site partners see the kiosks assigned to them. Franchise partners see their franchise's kiosks. PrintBuddy staff see the whole fleet.

You need an active PrintBuddy partner account to use this app. It works only with PrintBuddy kiosks and is not used for printing documents.
