This app is over complicated to use, and clunky in its design. People who sign up for the ESB Networks 'Is This A Good Time' scheme beware. Instead of credits going to your electricity account, you must download an app and convert the rewards into points on the Prezee app. It's dreadfully complicated, requiring repeated verifications, and sign ins. Horrid app.

I was having issues with my password, so I would click on forgot password, I would get an email to reset it. I reset the password and put in email address to log in, it does not recognise my email address. Very frustrating when I was just sent an email to reset password. Now its not letting me check my balances on my cards, one has to ring a consultant and ask. Email address is not recognised a lot at random times usually when I am at the check out. 2nd June2026 Same issue as above again.

no do not 🚫 use this I have been unable to retrieve the money that I spent.no customer service read the reviews.many people have been ripped off. this might be a whole new way of making money out of selling gift cards.
