Prestamas is our organization's official mobile platform for administrative control, auditing, and field productivity, developed to optimize the daily operational management of authorized agents and collectors.

The application functions as an integrated digital assistant that directly connects field work with our central information systems in real time. Its user-centric design automates complex tasks, ensures complete transaction recording, and provides full visibility into the status of assigned portfolios.

Modules and Detailed Functions:

1. Dynamic Control Panel (Daily Dashboard)
Instantly view the consolidated balance for the workday. This panel displays the total collected, the total disbursed, and the net balance resulting from the collector's day. Additionally, it presents a graph showing the proportional distribution of income according to the payment method used (Cash, Yape, and Plin) and a list of recent transactions to maintain complete control over the money collected in the field.

2. Quick Pay Registration
This feature allows users to search for active loans by entering specific IDs or using scanning tools. The system displays a grid with the client's critical metrics: outstanding balance, total loan amount, interest rate percentage, and installment due date. The collector can enter the payment, select the corresponding collection method (Cash, Yape, or Plin), and confirm the payment. The system immediately updates the balance and reports the remaining debt.

3. Real-Time Alerts and Blocking (Server-Sent Events)
To ensure financial integrity, the application is connected to a continuous, real-time network event channel. When a formal collection closure is processed for a specific area, the system will immediately notify the associated collectors in the field, temporarily suspending the ability to register new installments for that area, except for the corresponding supervisory levels.

4. Financial Simulator and Loan Structuring
Real-time amortization calculator based on official corporate parameters. The agent can configure the loan amount, applicable interest rate, payment frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), and grace period. The simulator generates an accurate projection of installments and due dates, facilitating decision-making when structuring a new loan in the field.

5. Disbursement Registration with Digital Evidence
The new loan confirmation workflow includes a mandatory audit step. The application connects to the mobile device's camera so the collector can capture a photograph of the physical voucher or signed document. This image is processed and directly associated with the loan record on the central server as proof of disbursement.
