I'm just trying to find the audios for an issue I bought in a store but it seems they can only be accessed by paying an extra?! I assumed they were part of the magazine since I bought it. Uninstalled also because very confusing to use

Very responsive customer service. We were able to fix the initial maddening cycle of sign in and sign up without getting access to content. The app, once working, is great. But we pulled a lot of hair before that.
