Ho*****		 Their support for freelance journalists is atrocious. They never reply to my emails or chats despite me sending messages, then follow up messages. They used to offer support on WhatsApp but dont do that anymore. I feel like I've been ghosted by them. Its disappointing because I did actually make money from 1 photo I sold. But the app is also so glitchy. There's no phone number for support that I can find anywhere. They even have the cheek to say they're available 24/7 which is a total lie.
