2023-12-16	Ab*****	Not too bad as a new app,that's it. Customer service is too much laggy. Yeah you don't get instant replays for problems. I asked some doubts 2 days ago & still the problem not sorted out. They're viewing the msg but I'm not getting replay. Is that how you guys treat your customers! Atleast if they don't know about it then just tell us it's that simple. (I contacted on one of the phone numbers from the app). Try to improve ✌🏼

I have to say, the classes are exceptional. മുരുഗൻ സർ ന്റെ ക്ലാസ് കാണുമ്പോഴാണ് പല കൻസെപ്റ്റുകളും ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നല്ലേ എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാവുന്നത്. Also the team is very approachable. Doubts ഒക്കെ വിവേക് സർ ഏത് സമയത്ത് ചോദിച്ചാലും പറഞ്ഞു തരും. പിന്നെ Notes നെ കുറിച്ച് ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ല 👌👌. Thanking the whole team behind the app. NB: You people have to advertise more. I came to knew about Prepscale only because of my friend.

Saw new technical courses lauched . installed app to check for demo class. when I tried to login, app displayed multiple users wont allowed and it didn't let me login. very disappointed. Installed other app. got free trials and subscribed. prep scale app is big disappointment

2021-09-28	M *****	I dowloade this app for HSA preparation. I used it for 1 week. This app consumes a lot of data eventhough I chose 3g. I checked in the setting to adjust the quality of videos thus we can save the data unfortunately there is no such option for quality. Moreover there is no facility to playback and play forward by simply tapping o the screen...I hope the developers will solve the issue quicker. Because I live in a country where the data rate matters... Thank you team
