2024-10-29	Sr*****	The app was pathetic. When i open the app for classes. It is showing your system is not passing our security checks. So, please contaalct your vendor for the offical release of the app. I am using Samsung phone. I am not able to figure out when samsung is using uncertified operating system for the god sake I humbly request for clearing this bug in the app

2023-06-30	De*****	Disgusting app ,it's always comes with new problems, some time otp not coming,some time maximum devices reached up etc . Please rectify it ASAP, as it leads to wastage of time It has been 2 days still they had not fix the bug yet. Neither they are supporting ,they are not taking calls not reverting back .I don't know when will they fix the same.

2022-09-26	Tu*****	Its eyestraining to watch hundreds of hours of class on a small screen. All the other edu applications are providing an option to watch class on laptops also, irrespective of the privacy issues. Kindly provide services at par with your competition. Rest all service is satisfactory.

2021-11-24	ra*****	Best package for CA Coaching. Feedback: Please provide a subject wise schedule of topics covered in each class in pdf. So that if somewant to study a specific topic, he/she doesn't need to open each video to find out the class in which topic is covered. It will be very useful in law and taxation, because sometimes we face practical problems and need to study specific section. Edit: The app has stopped providing new plans and also there is no support to students who has already purchased plans.

2021-09-20	Sh*****	Very pathetic service no calls are received and there are so many technical glitches in the app ...once you purchase no one will entertain you !! Whenever i play a video it says no credit hours left but still the credit hours are left in balance and sometimes video doesn't start for hours just keeps on buferring. Really disappointing services!!

2021-09-20	Pr*****	I have purchased Final Group 1 but everytime i open the app it shows you have run out of credit hours please purchase a plan. I have to uninstall it and then try again quite literally everytime. Some new issue pops up regularly. Now when logging in using my phone number it shows something went wrong. It wastes so much of our time even after we have purchased the plan. Edit: This was resolved but now again the same issue has popped up within span of a week

I have taken classes from other teachers through other websites and apps but the the level of dedication they provide for their students satisfaction is not to be seen anywhere. One prep team keep up the good work. It is a revolution indeed

I haven't bought any because I have already watched lectures for exam but even when i login and see revision video just, it stops !! and again when i open it asks for OTP all the time. !! then when I enter OTP, they say device limit is reached !! then again i logout from old 2 shown devices which is the current device only i want to login.. still i have to do such things and it's just waste of my time..

Also like coursera or udemy you can directly log in via app and start watching unlike other classes where we have to download their proprietary software which kind of makes laptop slow and buggy. The customer care support is one the best as I had issue where credit hours were exhausting more than what I was watching and they solved it timely. With in app timestamps , books in pdf and class notes to view , this is the best for CA students
