A lot of improvement needed in the app. Cart icon should be visible everywhere in the App and cart should be saved for some time. Search needs to be more user friendly and fast. Live chat and customer services details should be added. Hope it would be improved. The APP gets stuck while placing order.

I ordered a 7up and pepsi pet bottle cartons from @QnE online retail store. It can be seen from email that they have confirmed the order and even on whatsapp chat they confirmed it again. Now after 3 days I called them for an update regarding my order, they completely refused to deliver it with an excuse that I'm a shopkeeper. No communication has been made prior this and this has only resulted in further inconvenience as I had a family gathering at my place and had no idea they wont deliver in
