Wasted £40 on some vouchers because they had such limited use by dates, restrictions, that corresponded with Xmas etc. Both me and my wife are key workers affected particularly by the omicron wave finally had an opportunity to utilise the voucher to find out we were a day late (literally hours), the vendor said 5hey could not allow any exceptions because of confidential's t's and C's. No reminders or options for refunds or exchanges despite restrictions etc. Thrown away £40 into Gordo's pocket
