2024-12-21	Sh*****	It's okay. I seriously wish that it would send you a notification of if you have a pet sit that day! For someone who does not do well at keeping track of dates or even what day it is sometimes it would be extremely helpful if this thing would send out a notification like a couple hours before the sit or even at the beginning of the day to remind you that you have a sit that day. I'm also tired of the fact that every single time I open up the app it takes me to a client's information.

2024-11-07	Ar*****	I would give this a zero of I could. The update on Nov 6, 2024 completely changed the journal set up, adding in extra steps to complete and add photos. The location tracking is also no longer available. Did you just not UAT this? I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.

2024-07-02	Re*****	I really like the desktop feature. But I'm constantly having issues within the app. It will show I've uploaded my journal, only to find out it didn't send. I have limited data to work with on my budget and it eats through it having to upload multiple times. Now it keeps closing when I'm trying to use it. I've restarted my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled. This is getting old quick.

2023-10-20	Al*****	This app has the longest lag and longest loading time of any app I've ever used. It is constantly unable to sync items for long periods of time. It's very frustrating at times. I don't know why it's so buggy.

2023-03-28	Ki*****	Ever since the last update, the app crashes multiple times a day while I am working. It is beyond frustrating & wondering if this will ever get fixed. I am using a Samsung S21 on Android obviously & the app has never been this awful.

2023-01-16	Fo*****	EDIT: Customer service got back to me and gave me a link to clearing the Samsung Keyboard cache. That seems to be working for now. The increase in stars is because the customer service prompt response. Crashing during journal writing for the past week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, plus restarted my phone 4 times. No problems with logging in, out, or confirming visits though.

2022-07-09	Ni*****	The accuracy of my GPS tracking was not going well. Support advised me on how to fix this and now all my walks show up on my map, even the ones that are in areas with sketchy service. Thnx.
