2017-02-19	A *****	For bill pay, this app is useless. The app malfunctions and freezes up every time you put in an expiration date for credit or debit cards. It's been that way for months and all complaints fall on deaf ears. They know people must have electric, so they make no effort whatsoever to fix any issues.
