Prayer for Mealtime

Have you ever found it difficult to pray when you are hungry? This is a year's worth of recorded moments with a little help from my teacher Davida. The goal is to serve those in need by setting aside 10 minutes per day to pray for mealtime.

Focusing on the unique needs of individuals with Celiac Disease and the people who support them. This is brought to you by a network of people who love, serve and pray for everyone. Providing a place where people can submit prayer requests, discover their prayer language, ideas, and prayers for their local community.

Seeking a genuine relationship with God is powerful and lasting. Praying for meals can be part of a daily ritual helping to create a constant spiritual force. In this podcast, we share our favorite inspirational scripture with relevant, personal insights into what it means to pray for meals every day.

The prayer for mealtime has brought many people peace and encouraged others to join in on giving thanks during those difficult times. Let's pray during this hour, and the countless hours where we eat and fill our minds with other things. Let's not just make that mealtime mealtime. As Christians, we should form the habit of praying over meals before eating. It is necessary to shows our gratitude to God even in the most basic aspects of our life.

We must understand that it is God who provides us food and that’s a beautiful thing. Because we believe in Him, we do not lack food. God takes care of His creation and, one of the ways He does it is by providing food. Let’s briefly look at a verse in the Bible that shows God’s care towards us;

“Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more valuable are you than the birds.

Our mission is to connect people with God. Our hope is spiritual transformation through the power of prayer. We pray for people every day in over 400 churches in the US. We need prayer, we need your time and prayer's time. So join us with your prayer requests and pour them on us- thank you.

Praying for food before meals will decrease appetite and increase willpower.
