MyPraxiaFit is the app for clients of nutritionists and trainers who work with PraxiaFit. Follow the plan your professional designs for you, track your progress, and stay in touch, all from your mobile device.

⚠️ You need an invitation from your professional to use the app. It is not a standalone application.

NUTRITION
• View your daily nutrition plan, meal by meal, with recipes and macros.

• Check off what you eat and record if you ate something else.

• Scan food barcodes to find them instantly.

• Generate your plan's shopping list and export it to PDF.

TRAINING
• Track your routines (weekly or cyclical) with your exercises, sets, and reps.

• Training mode with timer, rest periods, and tracking of weight, reps, and RRP.

• Automatic progression, personal records, and your session history.

PROGRESS
• Track your weight, measurements, and body composition, and monitor your progress with graphs.

• Upload progress photos privately and compare them over time.

SCHEDULE & CONTACT
• View your appointments with your professional and receive reminders.

• Contact your professional directly via WhatsApp.

PRIVACY
Your health data is processed only with your explicit consent and is only visible to your assigned professional, in accordance with the GDPR. You can access, export, or delete your data from Settings > Privacy.
