The app carries an extensive list of excersizes together with a video of each to help me through them.

2022-04-03	Ri*****	Very basic - videos get stuck. I'm not really sure the point of it. It's a shame you can't record your exercises daily when you do them so you can chart your progress. That way it might be more of an incentive to use. Some of my exercises disappeared so I had to reload the app. Some videos did play but then the app got stuck
