Dear Support Team, I am having a problem with your application. I cannot connect my phone to my laptop. I already updated the application on my laptop to the latest version, but the problem is still the same. My phone and laptop will not connect. I am a Pro user and I paid for this service, but I cannot use it properly because of this issue. I already sent an email before, but I have not received any response yet.
