PPID Kemenko Polhukam

In order to realize openness of public information as mandated by Law number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia opened public information services through the issuance of Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Number 5 of 2019 concerning Public Information Services at the Coordinating Ministry Polhukam.

Duties and Functions:
1. Provide, store, document and safeguard public information;
2. provide fast, precise and simple public information services;
3. determine operational procedures for disseminating public information;
4. carry out consequence testing;
5. classify public information and/or modify it;
6. determine excluded information whose exclusion period has expired as accessible public information; And
7. Prepare to handle objections and facilitate the handling of public information disputes.

Vision:
Become a PPID that is able to provide excellent and accountable service in providing information to the public.

Mission:
1. Providing, providing and disseminating public information accurately, correctly and not misleadingly regarding the policies, programs and performance of the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs; And
2. Improving the quality of service and professionalism of human resources as well as updating information technology in the service, dissemination and provision of public information.
