"My Portal" is the subscriber application for electricity distribution companies. It allows you to track your bills, consumption, and account with your company directly from your phone, without needing to visit a company office.

◾ Important Note Before Downloading
The application is for subscribers of electricity companies that use the PowerLink system. To log in, you need your service provider's "Company Code," in addition to your phone number and the "Access Code" provided by the company. You cannot create an account yourself within the application.

◾ Your Bills and Consumption
• View past bills sorted chronologically.

• Open any bill to see the previous and current readings, consumption in kilowatts, and the bill amount.

• Review the meter image included with the reading to verify the accuracy of the recorded reading.

• Track your total outstanding balance at any time.

◾ Payment Notifications
Send a payment notification to your company after transferring the amount: Enter the amount and attach a photo of the transfer or receipt. It will be sent directly to the company for review and approval.

◾ Reports
Submit a maintenance report or written complaint to your company directly from within the app.

◾ Notifications
Receive instant notifications when a new invoice is issued, a payment is recorded, or the status of your report is updated. An in-app notification box keeps a record of these notifications.

◾ Privacy and Security
• Log in using your phone number and a unique access code.

• Optional app lock that requires your access code each time you open the app.

• The app only displays your account information.

Arabic design supporting right-to-left direction, with your company logo and name displayed within the app.
