Tapping the wrong rope or reacting too late triggers a falling anvil instead of a reward, ending the game instantly. As the session continues, the ropes begin shaking for shorter periods and switch more rapidly, requiring faster reactions and sharper focus to keep earning coins.
The Bananafall mode offers a different challenge in Monkey Tumble. Instead of watching ropes, the player directly controls the monkey with swipe movements across the screen. Bananas fall from random positions overhead, and the goal is to collect as many as possible before they reach the ground. Every banana successfully caught grants one coin, while missed fruit contributes toward failure. Once three bananas have fallen to the ground, the run ends. As the score increases, the falling speed accelerates, creating a progressively more intense test of movement and anticipation.
