2026-06-25	Ro*****	do not use they allow drivers to pick up multiple orders and delaying orders up to 40 min late and think its ok to charge anyways if you cancel when food has been sitting for a long time i was robbed today of my order by charging a cancellation fee i will be part of of a settlement when the time comes THEY ARE ROBBING EVERYONE OF MONEY!!!!!!

2026-06-25	Bi*****	Customer service is filled with those who cant understand English half the time. The replies are filled with grammar errors. They say one thing then do another. Say they cant help but when you push they suddenly can. Even when you dont get the items sometimes they refuse to refund you. The app itself is filled with bugs. it switches addresses when you bundle together an order. Then when you tell Customer service they're too stupid to understand the situation you contacted them to avoid issues.

2026-06-23	Wi*****	I am just going to say it. I have tried to be not only a customer, but a driver. I can see why people don't use this service: brown people. No one wants their food touched by those hands. They don't want those hands even to be allowed in their nation. And they're not wrong. I stopped using Postmates/Doordash because it's disgusting. You should stop using it too. You wouldn't invite bugs into your household.
