2025-01-06	Sa*****	I can't open the app anymore. Please fix your bugs! Even when I could open the app, it was glitchy trying to watch the live streams. Luckily, I have an iPad I can watch it on but even then I have to constantly open & close the app to get it to work. Fix your apps!

2024-07-23	Lu*****	Poorly optimized for android. Slow loading times for virtually any action (opening up lost of sale items during a stream, selecting specific items, scrolling, etc). Gets even worse over time since it heats up my phone (s23) more than any other app. Works fine on my pc

2024-06-12	Jo*****	Look. I love the app. When it works it's super fun and amazing to shop live and all the great things. HOWEVER... I have to try at LEAST 4 times. EVERYTIME I open the mobile app.. First 2 times it just straight up closes immediately, the 3rd time I get the Green lightening bolt, then it closes. The fourth, it says "app has suddenly shut down" the I have hit "close app." THEN I can open and use the app normally. Other than that it's great. But if you guys can fix that one big it would be gold.

2023-04-14	Ri*****	Sadly the latest 'redesign' has made it near impossible to find sellers you know, let alone ones you may be interested in, unless they're Japan LA who run Popshop and get plaster all over the main page. Plus as a seller, every month it's a struggle to get them to pay out when a withdrawal is requested. It's like all the love and actual care about the platform went out the window once Covid started settling down, now they're just like Etsy; supporting big sellers and crushing the ones.
Sadly the latest 'redesign' has made it near impossible to find sellers you know, let alone ones you may be interested in, unless they're Japan LA who run Popshop and get plaster all over the main page. 2023-03-24	Ki*****	This is A good shopping app. Easy to navigate and the sellers are friendly. The only problem is that this app heats my phone up real fast for some reason. It's the only app that heats it up when I'm watching seller's. Please fix this. One more problem is the shipping. Shipping is way too high (8.99 or 10.99). I could be wanting to buy just a card and the shipping cost more than the item itself, like geez! Lower the shipping

2023-03-07	Fr*****	New update is horrible. My watch list shows me shows that have already passed. I wanna see the shops I'm following in a easy format and be able to mark shops as my favorite for easier accessing and see upcoming shows. I find myself using this app less and less because of this which equals less buying and I know I'm not the only one. Customer service is now horrible. I get no response other than an auto reply. Sellers are raising prices and have less products/different products.

I've never had an issue using my credit card on any app or website before and I've had it for years. The people working in support just gave me a copy and paste response.
