Ponticelli FD Forms

Ponticelli internal software for entering information in the field.

FD Forms: Field Digital Forms

This application allows the entry on Android tablet of forms created with the application Ponticelli FD Forms.

The templates and forms are prepared on the FD Forms application on a PC.
Unprepared forms can however be created directly on the tablet.

The entry is made in offline mode. The data entered on the tablet is synchronized with the main FD Forms database. Wi-Fi is only needed during synchronization.

Form templates are created from existing PDF files. Response zones of different types (numeric, dates, lists, signatures, etc.) can be superimposed on the pages of the original PDF.

Photos can be taken with the application and attached to the forms.
Annotations can be made on photos or on blank sketches.

A formula language (Visual Basic) allows the creation of "smart" forms.

A completed form can be sent by email, exported in PDF or printed.

Data entered into forms can be re-used by Excel or Power BI using OData technology.
