Update 06.11.2024:the frequency 1.5s max for each ball still too fast, for example, training exercise opening topspin again backspin, we need to do from waiting position, attack the backspin ball and back to waiting position. I check the professional, they do a bit more than 2 sec/ball. We as amateurs can not do it under 1.5 sec. Maybe 3 sec is good.
