Placed a prepaid order with promised delivery in 25–30 mins. It’s now been 1 hour + , order still stuck on “Preparing”, no delivery, no refund. Tried cancelling, but the bot says “food will be wasted” so cancellation isn’t allowed. Massive delays like this on delivery apps need strict customer compensation guidelines.by govt Do not place prepaid orders or you will regret
