You remain in control
InboxGuard starts with safer, user-controlled settings. Automatic notification handling and SMS quarantine can be enabled or disabled separately. Local records, outgoing history, correction memory, and handled items can be reviewed or deleted from within the app.

Permissions
InboxGuard requests SMS permissions for its core messaging functions, including reading conversations, receiving messages, sending replies, and tracking send status. Notification access is used only when you enable local notification filtering. Some SMS features require selecting InboxGuard as the Android default SMS app.

Current MMS support records and classifies WAP Push metadata. This release does not download or display MMS attachments.

InboxGuard supports English and Simplified Chinese. Availability of SMS, MMS, delivery reports, and default SMS features may vary by device, Android version, SIM, mobile carrier, and region.

InboxGuard does not guarantee that every unwanted or harmful message will be identified. Always review important messages and verify unexpected requests through trusted channels.
