2025-01-25	Bl*****	Update: The app is still useless... The app has only gotten worse. I mean it was decent years ago, but now it's hard to even get the app to login without a random error code. Currently it says it can't log me back in due to "the app cannot connect to internet" which is dumb because I have fast speed internet on wifi and my phone, neither work to connect apparently. The update is completely useless as well.

2024-12-06	Ja*****	I'd like to sign up, but it doesn't even allow me to use my address despite pasting it right from Google maps as suggested on their site. I saw issues in other reviews, but didn't expect to have issues off the bat while trying to sign up. There's something terribly wrong with a site if someone has to open a ticket or bother support just to simply register their address. I've never experienced an issue this early with an app. Unbelievable..

2024-11-19	Au*****	I used to use Point Pick a lot. I did have a lot of the same struggles that others had. As of the past week, I have been trying to get logged in and I can't. I have tried to reach out to them and no response back. I am beyond frustrated because it says it is unable to log into the server. It doesn't matter if I am using my wifi or my data on my cell phone. It doesn't matter if I try to sign in as an existing user or even the option for forgot password. I can't get any help on this issue.

2023-12-28	Bi*****	I've been using Point Pickup for a little over a year and it's been great. Recently, the app will not have any orders, and then randomly at once you'll get a million back to back, but they've already been taken. 1 thing I wish could be available, is the processing of the payment after it's been delivered. Although I'm able to cash out immediately after the 24 hour wait, it would AWESOME to be able to cash out the same day as other driver apps offer. Just a suggestion. I'd recommend this app!

2023-05-08	Ce*****	I have to say this app is great. The only issue is that the app has trouble finalizing the order. It can take a while. I have deleted the cache and forced the app, I just wish it could complete the order after I submit it without having to do it so many times. I have contacted support throughout the troubles of the app failing, and they have always helped me. Could it be the servers ? But overall, I love point pick up.

By the end of my shift I am so irritated with the processing system and how slow and glitchy it is it takes me an 30-extra hour to accomplish what should only take me 45 minutes.. not to mention the point pick up people constantly call and harp on you with zero understanding of how the program and app as a driver even

2022-02-28	Kr*****	Needs to have all dropoff addresses and customer names visible after u accept/ pickup order. Only shows one at a time. Then when u go to maps, it disappears completely. So you can easily mix up orders. I use penand paper to write it down before I complete pickup. Other than that, it's fun to compete for orders. I enjoy it so far and it's my first week.

2021-12-30	K.*****	This app & customer service is horrible. This was my 3rd day and it's been so frustrating. I arrive on time but when there's a problem, you can only chat. I couldn't find the customer's apt & I couldn't complete without a pic. I scanned the order before leaving the store yet it still kept showing that the order wasn't picked up. Couldn't get any support in a timely manner which took longer to get to the next store. Had another problem & had to to wait 12 minutes for a response... (continued)

App crashes constantly, payout changes all the time and they've increasingly lowered payouts per delivery, can't get an agent to help when needed especially if you're in the middle of a delivery, you can't see addresses before accepting so you don't know if you're going to a bad part of town. I could go on, seriously I really could list so much more, but you get the gist. Just don't.

In the course of making deliveries there will be areas of poor or nonexistent data connections no matter which phone or carrier you use. Without a data connection the app does nothing at all. One can't even view the list of package drops! Tech support is a mostly useless chat bot. Due to lack of an internet connection and no work around I could not finish 20+ deliveries. Tech support finally CALLED-- TWO HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERIES WERE OVERDUE!!
