Once the customer places an order, the delivery driver is notified via the "Order Request" section and can accept the order for delivery. For added security, if the delivery confirmation model is turned on by the admin, the delivery driver must confirm the order before the store receives it.

3. Digital Payment Handling:

When customers opt for digital payment, the order automatically enters the confirmed status, bypassing the need for delivery driver confirmation. This ensures that the store immediately receives the order for processing, allowing for quicker fulfillment.

4. Store Confirmation Model (Admin-Controlled):

If the admin enables the store’s confirmation model, the store can confirm the order before the delivery driver is notified. This helps merchants ensure they are ready to fulfill the order before the delivery process begins.

5. Self-Pickup Orders:

For self-pickup orders, the store is in full control of the entire process, from order confirmation to pickup management. Customers can visit the store to collect their items directly.

6. Scheduled Deliveries:

For scheduled orders, 2Point Cart automatically triggers the fulfillment process 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. This ensures that the store is prepared and the delivery is on time.
