If the car's own setting is to charge immediately, and the podpoint app is set to smart, charging starts as soon as the EV is plugged in. This makes the app's scheduling option meaningless. This is especially a problem where the user has an off peak tariff for home charging and smart schedule is set to reflect the off peak window!! Not impressed and in fact, you end up with a shock on your bill. This needs fixing URGENTLY!! | ||

Since updating my Google pixel 6 from android 14 to 15 I can no longer set the hours and minutes when I try to "charge now" Tried the app on a Samsung phone running android 14 & it's fine, also on a old Samsung S7 = fine. | 2024-11-28 | You can not trust it to work. Sometimes it works; more often it does not. Sometimes a 'unplug/on-off-on/plug back in' works, but increasingly not. Charging at home should be easy! So bad I can't believe they sell it. Really bad. | ||
