2025-02-01	Ri*****	Horridly overcomplicated and unreliable sign-in process, which took so long that the charger timed-out and I didn't charge. Most EV owners know that poor apps are the biggest frustration in operating electric vehicles. This is a prime example.

2025-01-22	Te*****	Getting the app to work with Smart schedule at home is pot luck. If the car's own setting is to charge immediately, and the podpoint app is set to smart, charging starts as soon as the EV is plugged in. This makes the app's scheduling option meaningless. This is especially a problem where the user has an off peak tariff for home charging and smart schedule is set to reflect the off peak window!! Not impressed and in fact, you end up with a shock on your bill. This needs fixing URGENTLY!!

2025-01-13	Ai*****	I now have 12 charging apps on my phone. Pre paid charging here, which is a bit weird. Seems to be one of the lowest price per kWh, but watch out for parking limits, especially time limits.

2024-12-21	Da*****	This app is now totally broken for me. It won't allow me to register two step verification but requires it to continue. It makes a cryptic error about "app is not authorised", which must be a problem with the aop, since I haven't changed anything myself.

2024-12-20	Mi*****	Had a pod point for 4 years now , it has never worked as it should seems to do what it wants, at the moment it won't start a scheduled charge so I have to do it from the car , but it will stop the charge in the specified time . What a pain

Since updating my Google pixel 6 from android 14 to 15 I can no longer set the hours and minutes when I try to "charge now" Tried the app on a Samsung phone running android 14 & it's fine, also on a old Samsung S7 = fine. Otherwise the app is ok, it's "functional". Anyone else having this android issue since updating ?

2024-11-28	ri*****	You can not trust it to work. Sometimes it works; more often it does not. Sometimes a 'unplug/on-off-on/plug back in' works, but increasingly not. Charging at home should be easy! So bad I can't believe they sell it. Really bad.
