A simple word as heir is not on the board shouldnt it go to the bonus satchel? Nooo this game doesnt accept it. Why it that and can you please do something about it

The game reloaded itself somehow and started all over again and this was not the first time this happened. It started back on Level 1 and 100 coins. This was a really great game. Can you please sort this problem please.
