PodaTrack

PodaTrack is a complete vegetation management system developed specifically for Brazilian electric power utilities, offering full traceability throughout the tree pruning cycle near power lines—from initial inspection to final service verification. The platform allows field teams to record inspections with precise GPS location, georeferenced photos (before and after pruning), and automatic identification of tree species using artificial intelligence with computer vision, ensuring standardization and speed in record-keeping. The system operates entirely offline, automatically synchronizing data as soon as the connection is re-established, which is essential for operations in remote areas. The workflow encompasses four traceable steps: tree inspection, creation of a work order (with priority, deadline, and responsible team definition), pruning execution with photographic documentation, and verification/approval by an inspector. Furthermore, PodaTrack features a multi-tenant architecture with Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring complete isolation of each company's data, granular access control with five user roles, an analytical dashboard with real-time metrics, generation of professional PDF reports ready for auditing and inspection, customizable themes to reflect the visual identity of each organization, and batch data export. With over 1,200 pruning operations recorded per month, more than 15 active teams, and a 99% synchronization rate, the application positions itself as a robust, scalable, and free-to-start solution aimed at simplifying and professionalizing pruning management throughout Brazil.
