Cearaprev On-line

Cearaprev On-line is the official digital service from the Social Security Foundation of the State of Ceará, designed for beneficiaries to complete re-registration, annual proof of life and death pension procedures remotely. The app already offers ombudsman contact and support via chat or telephone, while additional services such as retirement and health functionalities are under development.

The app uses modern security measures — including facial recognition and voice biometrics — to verify registered beneficiaries and avoid unnecessary travel to service offices. All beneficiary data must be entered directly in the app; Cearaprev never requests credit or debit card details and advises users not to share personal information via SMS or with third parties.
