User interface is clunky & over complicated without actually giving you alot of control or customization. Every action has a convoluted & round a bout way to accomplish it. Support takes days to respond so don't expect help with any issues any time soon. This is a particular pain point when trying to run a small business.

2026-05-11	Th*****	I've tried numerous platforms for scheduling my massage business. There recent update is tammy nice. I really how easy it is for a customer to make an appointment, they don't have to create an account. I also really like the phone number feature. My only complaint is the gift certificate feature. I wish people had the ability to print off photos with the card. I've been trying they are working towards upgrading it so I'm hopeful.

It has almost everything you need and one app period only recommendation I would make is that they do make it accessible through desktop period extremely happy with the app and the support the team gives.

2026-03-02	Ma*****	I started with PS earlier in 2025 and the experience has been great. I signed up for the white glove service which was worth every penny. I would recommend PS for it's great support. When I need it, they deliver. I urge them to continue to invest in customer support as it has been paramount in helping me run my business. I hope they continue to improve on the app so that I don't have to migrate to another system anytime soon!
