I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received concerning my watch. Despite sending multiple emails over an extended period, my requests for repair have been consistently ignored, even though I clearly stated my willingness to cover all associated costs from the beginning. Adding to my frustration, after six years, the watch has now been inexplicably removed from my associated app account, and I am unable to relink it.

I'm soo wonder is this official app site of SEVEN FRIDAY, I'm trying to scan my watch and app can't recognise that , normal mobile features NFC scan recognise my watch but this app can't . Spent some money to solve it out seriously disgusting 😞

Your app is really unstable. It's so hard to add new watch and extend warranty cause your app keep on crashing. You need to seriously fix it or separate the social functions such as upload photo/feed.

I'm updating the apps and my phone is Galaxy S21. Sadly, the apps keep going crashed. What a heck!

Cannot open the app. Please fix the problem. I'm using Poco X5.

Really bad and glitchy!! I can't upload anymore. I buy the watches, take artistic shots and I can't even share it. The only thing it does right is to authenticate the nfc in the watch. A real letdown regarding the app, sad because the watches are great!!

NFC unable to scan. Keep prompting Try Again many times. Went to dealer. Authoriser dealer also unable to scan NFC and never further comment on the app. N authoriser just compare authenticity base from picture in website to the physical watch.

Great concept and customer engagement but almost everything in this app doesn't work properly and takes forever to load. Promises extended warranty but receipt upload doesn't work (yes app permissions are allowed) so can't activate it. I validated by NFC over a month ago yet still no fix.

After update, the apps only display Seven Friday logo, not working..

Fixed, at last. Not terribly useful besides the authentication and registration functions, but at least it's usable now.
