Pocket Informant is a beautifully designed all-in-one personal organizer that brings calendar, tasks, projects, notes, and contacts into a single, easy-to-use app. Choose from built-in calendar views (Month, Week, Multi-Day, Day), set an adjustable Multi-Day span, and create events with Natural Language Entry. TravelAssist helps manage event timezones while traveling, and features like ICS attachments, printing (Android 4.4+), and optional weather integration (in-app purchase) make scheduling flexible and powerful.

Tasks include checklists, parent/child relationships, grouped calendar display, and user-defined Smart Groups. Notes support text and voice entries, and Contacts integrate with device address books and event/task attachments. Sync options include Informant Sync (subscription $24.99/year), Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Evernote, Dropbox backup, and Toodledo.

This is the best, most complete calendar/task list app I have found. The task list feature allows you to assign each task a color (priority) and attach it to a date if you want. The calendar allows you to create "events" separate from "tasks," which I find very useful. You can enter a "start" and "stop" time, specify a location, description, and a color code so you can identify similar types of events at a glance. The "note" feature allows you to add a note to a date for later reference.

Interesting looking app, and it seems to have potential. Unfortunately I didn't know most of the features were paid features and I evidently didn't start looking at the app intro today and the trial has expired. I cannot find a list of what the paid fee is and what I'm getting. Are there different fees for different features? Without understanding how the app works, I can't give it a high rating. Is it encrypted?
