Application for use in rural fields, to collect rural production performance indicators, which includes the following functions:

1 - Forms
-Fill out forms with questions about rural production.
-View forms (pre-registered).
-Link a ready form to a producer.

2 - Field notebook
-Create Field Notebook: Select a producer and add information about the visit such as photos, date, comments.
-List and view notebooks: Check the notebooks already created with information about producers.

3 - Producers
-Create a new producer with your information.
-List and visualize producer data.


4 - Action plans
-View Plans (pre-registered).
-Link a ready-made action plan to a producer.
