EMS SMART ALERT is an operational support system for the Emergency Medical Services Unit of Phramongkutklao Hospital. Designed for authorized personnel, it helps teams receive and track cases, coordinate staff and ambulances, check shifts and equipment readiness, and receive alerts for quick access to case details.

Main Functions:
• Receive and track the status of emergency medical cases.
• Receive new case alerts with audible notifications based on device settings.
• Display information on available shifts, staff, and ambulances.
• Support coordination and mission documentation for the EMS team.
• Access information and menus based on user permissions.

This app is for internal use only. Users must have an account authorized by the administrator. Alerts do not replace primary emergency communication systems or medical decisions.
