Key features include viewing member profile information, checking utilization details, locating the nearest providers and ambulance services nationwide, and managing requests such as Guarantee Letters, Personal Claims, and Long Term Medication.

Additionally, PMCare offers a wellness utility module called Vibrant Living to promote healthy living. The app supports Android devices version 8.0 (Oreo) and above, with screen sizes of 5 inches or larger. Users are advised to maintain a stable internet connection and are cautioned about potential battery impacts due to GPS usage.
