2024-08-16	Da*****	Creepy!!! It wants to many unnecessary photos of your home that aren't related to your claim. It wants you to record your home. Make like a 3d model of your home. Not sure why making a claim involves all this extra steps for taking photos. Geico is slipping allowing this company in. And yes it is creepy. People are paying premiums for insurance but still have to worry and do all the work. Insurance is a scam. These companies just want your private info and safety of your home is compromised.

2024-03-19	Ro*****	Couldn't use the app further than clicking "New Project", which did nothing. Lots of hype for so much bugs. Please fix that.. I tried both on PC and mobile.. same thing.

2023-04-24	Br*****	It will not take pictures of the damage. I got as far as taking pictures of the corners, door, and cabinet. When it asked for pictures of the damage (ceiling), it would not take the pictures. However, if I pointed it to the floor it would take the picture (but that's not where the damage is).

2023-02-14	To*****	If you don't finish your description, photos, and video in a timely manner - even if you are in the process of working on it, the app will time-out and you lose everything. This happened to me twice. It would be nice if the app allowed you to save as you go before submitting it to your insurance company. I deleted the app and will submit the photos via email instead.

Fix the issue or make way for a functioning app so people can actually get stuff done. Everything was fine untill I went to the final step. Then the app crashed and I restarted the process again only to meet the same problem... atleast appreciate that your app is getting recommended by serious companies and meet their needs/ our needs.
