We don't have any idea what's happening and can't even register on the app. It's really frustrating

2024-10-14	Ar*****	From 3 to 1 star for the same reason no changes, convenient to use, most of the products now are pay now. What's the sense of these purchases, yes there's this 2% discount but that's not gonna help because your customers will pay it the same day plus the fees you have. I don't understand why you've changed your products but if you wanna keep that pay now thing, I hope you'll give your customer an option to choose whether they want the pay now or pay later for the same product, amount, etc.

2024-07-20	Ni*****	I registered and during the part where you upload the selfie, i kept getting errors. Even after uninstalling and redownloading, it still does the same thing. Tried different internet connections including my neighbor's, still same. A few days after, I started receiving spam texts from sus online gambling sites and also unknown lending companies.

2024-03-14	Co*****	No more credit limit. Meaning you are worthless even if you have good credit standing. I use this in buying my load and shopee vouchers and I'm always make sure I paid on time. So for now I'm out unless if I could still use this app. I give it a zero star if I could foe the poor service.

2024-03-02	Si*****	Just return to check the app and noticed that we're unable to see the credit limit to use on the app. Good thing I'm not the only one who experience this issue. I checked the reviews and it's understandable and unfortunate that it needs to pause the credit line option for some changes for the future. I'll be back if there's some changes.

2023-12-07	Ol*****	First I avail a 500 grab voucher that you can pay instantly. But an error occured and they didn't give a voucher nor a refund. Now I am going to paid for a loan, my payment was deducted and again internal error. Fix your app, refund me lest this will stay 1 star. EDIT: Changed to 4 stars since refund was issued.

2023-11-12	Ev*****	Use to be amazing but now cant even get a voucher, it says there’s an error and they will fix it ASAP! I’m waiting for two weeks now and yet nothing has been done. An email was sent but still getting the error! Hoping that they will fixed it. Been a customer for long!

But after trying recently to avail of a Lazada voucher, been trying for almost a month now, but it is always saying that the item is out of stock and shall be replenished every 3 days something like that. But obviously, I have been trying literally every day for almost a month now, still out of stock? I hope this is just a bug or system issue that you can fix.

2022-09-10	by*****	very convenient and hassle free when it comes to borrowing for few bucks in added to my grocery and the interest is very minimal. I've been a borrower for some time and I highly recommend this app for safe loan, convenient and lower interest fees!! kudos!!!

2022-07-09	Av*****	my first loan was 200 and i paid it on time, and had'nt reloan it for a long time. When i opened it and updated since it's required,but when i tried to reloan,my account was blocked? how come? i was blocked because i didnt reloan it immediately? HA HA.funny though. need to delete my acount and uninstall this useless app. A waste of data.
