In addition to shaky connectivity issues everyone else mentions, and a broken and unresponsive application, features that were previously given are now pay-walled behind now required accounts. When I got this device (and even mention on the box if I'm not mistaken) 5 contacts could be added. With the last update, an account is now needed and only 2 contacts can be added... For free. If you want to add more than 2 contacts, get ready to pay monthly.

2024-11-13	Na*****	At first, I thought this was a great idea and had several others but the spray. I have now had three pepper sprays in less than 2 years. The sprays keep disconnecting from the Bluetooth which is scary, ineffective if something was to happen and a hassle to keep reconnecting. Within months, all sprays lose connection and the app will not find it anymore and connect.

2024-10-15	Sa*****	I live in a reportedly secure electronically gated community for seniors, however in this day and age I find I needed a device to use in the event of an emergency and purchased the plegium personal protective spray which hangs from a small magnet for easy grab, once sprayed it releases pepper spray, sets off a piercing siren and strobe light and sends communication to your emergency contacts alerting them of its use and your location

It was fine until the update but now charged my card & cant access the app. Says user does not exist yet they charged me & my google shows the subscription. How can they warn the police and others for my safety if their app does not even work but charge you for something you cant access. I now am doubting this app along with the spray. I cant add to your review....I HAVE TRIED TO LOG IN THATS THE PROBLEM.I CANT...
