Playo Owner

Playo Owner is the venue owner's app for a gaming lounge & café — full control over your place from anywhere, synced live with the till system on the counter.

Note: this app is for the venue owner only, not customers.

What you can do:

• Live monitoring
See every active device and table session right now — elapsed time and running bill, updated instantly.

• Remote control
Start or end a session, record a payment, apply a discount — every action from the app executes immediately on the till at the venue.

• Reservations
Book a device or table ahead of time, and keep every upcoming reservation in one place.

• Inventory & supplies
Track every ingredient's stock level in real time, and get an instant alert when something is about to run out.

• Car wash
If your venue offers car wash service, track every job from start to finish.

• Expenses & financial reports
See revenue, expenses, and net profit day by day, and close out shift drawers.

• Offers & discounts
Create promotions for your venue and track how they perform.

• Staff & shifts
Keep track of your team's attendance and permissions.

• Audit log
Every money action and edit is logged and traceable, for full transparency.

• Instant notifications
Know right away about a customer's payment request, low stock, or any important alert from your venue.

• Multiple venues
Running more than one location? Switch between them from the same account.

Playo Owner keeps your venue in your pocket — no need to stand by the till.
