💧 Simple Daily Water Tracking

Play Hydration is a focused water tracker for recording consumed water and reviewing daily progress. Add an amount, compare the total with a chosen goal, check recent entries, select a reminder preference, and view a seven-day chart.

🥛 Quick Water Entry

Play Hydration includes four quick buttons: 150 ml, 250 ml, 350 ml, and 500 ml. Tap the amount that matches your drink, and it is added to the daily total. A custom input is also available for another volume.

Each amount appears in the current-day history with its recorded time.

🌊 Clear Daily Progress

The Today screen in Play Hydration displays the current intake, selected target, and completed percentage. A progress ring changes as new amounts are added.

Play Hydration uses blue tones, water-inspired details, rounded controls, readable labels, and smooth transitions.

🎯 Adjustable Personal Goal

Play Hydration allows the daily target to be changed from 1000 ml to 4000 ml in 100 ml steps. The selected amount is used for the percentage display, progress ring, chart comparison, and goal-day count.

The goal is selected by the user and serves only as a personal tracking reference. Play Hydration does not calculate a water requirement from age, weight, activity, climate, or health information.

⏰ Reminder Preference

Play Hydration includes a reminder preference section. Reminder mode can be enabled or disabled, and one displayed time can be selected: 10:00, 14:00, or 18:00. The chosen time appears on the main screen.

This setting stores and displays the selected preference inside the app. It does not claim to provide emergency alerts, treatment prompts, or guaranteed system notifications.

📊 Seven-Day Chart

The Progress screen in Play Hydration contains a seven-day bar chart with recent intake values. Summary cards show the average displayed intake, the number of displayed days that reached the chosen target, and the combined displayed amount for the week.

🧾 Current-Day History

Play Hydration lists every amount added during the current day. Each item contains the volume and entry time.

Play Hydration does not include calorie calculation, meal logging, exercise tracking, body measurements, location tracking, social sharing, wearable connections, or clinical analysis.

🔄 Saved Settings and Reset

Play Hydration stores the current intake, selected target, reminder status, chosen time, and recent entries locally. When a different date is detected, the daily amount starts again and the previous total is included in recent chart data.

A manual reset button clears today's intake and entry list while keeping the selected target and reminder preference.

✨ Three Focused Sections

Play Hydration is organized into Today, Progress, and Routine. Today contains quick entry controls and current progress. Progress contains the chart, summary values, and history. Routine contains the target slider, reminder controls, custom amount input, and reset action.

Play Hydration is a personal log for recording water amounts and viewing them against a user-selected target. It does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment, or replace guidance from a qualified professional.
