2026-04-12	Jo*****	(at time of writing) there's a bug which stops you from creating an account, and because you need an account to use the app, I can't use the app. you can still sign in, but I don't have an account, so I press "create an account"— and it doesn't work. I don't know if its just my phone or something like that, but I asked one of my friends to try, and it wouldn't work on his phone or tablet either. I've also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, and still doesn't work. Please fix this!

After practicing up to lesson 12 and not being able to play for just over a week, now I have a chance to continue learning nothing opens and it's telling me to upgrade by paying! I searched and installed FREE apps! Not trial apps, FREE! NOWHERE DOD IT TELL ME I'LL ONLY HAVE A FREE TRIAL UP TO NOW!
I am very dissatisfied! This is an amazing app with limited ads, BUT.... After practicing up to lesson 12 and not being able to play for just over a week, now I have a chance to continue learning nothing opens and it's telling me to upgrade by paying! 2026-01-17	Da*****	Glitches! As a total beginner, I love the way the instructions are set up and delivered. I feel like I am actually learning. I also love that I can plug my Casio keyboard into my tablet. However, without fail after 30 minutes, the app freezes my tablet, and I have to do a restart. This is very annoying, especially after having practiced a piece for 30 minutes. I paid for a full year up front, and I am wondering if that was a mistake.

2026-01-04	Sc*****	I want to love this app. (I have a lifetime membership.). Some features, like being able to reset your progress (I took a break from piano and I'm starting again) are missing. A small amount of new music has been added recently but it looks to be a very small trickle. (And no ability to add other music to the library.) I no longer see community events. Their blog page is no longer being updated and their social media is just ads
