Pop Up Store Cirat is a pilot project based on the Pop Up Store concept with weekly change, adapted to the rural reality of a town like Cirat. This format makes it possible to develop other commercial promotion actions among rural producers and raise awareness among visitors about the Sustainable Development Goals. It is complemented by the creation of a Marketplace, combining the offline (Pop Up Store) and online (Marketplace) concept.

The objective is to boost the commercial activity of the Alto Mijares region by making local products known, as well as showing visitors and neighbors the products or services of other rural territories, creating synergies, always under the prism of sustainability and ecology. Promote and give visibility to local producers.

The innovation of the project is based on the proposed commerce model (Pop Up Store), its adaptation to the rural world involving local producers and the use of NICT's in the creation of a rural Marketplace, a sales platform that It puts producers and consumers in direct contact. An innovative solution is proposed to a classic problem of depopulation areas: the closure of local businesses.

During the month of October this year, one of these local producers will be present every weekend: Jams from Mijares, Trigo Salvaje y Mieles la Alquería and Olduba Terra to do tastings and sales with very special offers. to do tastings, workshops, exhibitions and sales with very special offers.
