Pros

Rich data analytics with lots of stats and KPIs; the data is helpful for assessing training
Data is fairly accurate compared to my son’s vest
When it works, it’s a valuable tool and seems worth the investment

Cons

Long, frustrating initial setup with confusing onboarding and poor instructions
Frequent syncing/recording failures that prevent sessions from being captured or data from updating
Clunky UI and data-entry issues (GUI is hard to use; data won’t save)
Customer support is weak (bot-only support and slow, limited assistance)

Absolutely garbage product. It has been "syncing" for the past three hours, no updates. Says the data is almost ready and then just keeps spinning. Had it for over three weeks and used it four times and only managed to get one session properly recorded.
