Choose a time that works for you. Counselors available at that time will be displayed.

Choose your preferred counselor and apply.

When it's time, launch "Plattalks" and start the video call.

You can also change or cancel your appointment through the chat function within this app. ●Who will listen to me?

All registered counselors are mental health professionals, such as clinical psychologists. Information about each counselor is available within Plattalks. Please choose a counselor and try talking to them.

●What times are available?

Dozens of counselors have registered their available times. With Plattalks, you can find a counselor who can listen to you at your preferred time with just one click.

You can choose between a 30-minute or 1-hour session.

●Is this app safe?

This app was created specifically for counseling, and the system ensures a safe environment for you to talk.

●Will my privacy be protected?

Only your name (anonymity is possible), occupation, age, prefecture of residence, and industry are required to register in the app. Furthermore, all counselors are mental health professionals and are bound by confidentiality regarding all conversations.

●Is it free?
