sometimes the panel and the mobile app. are not in sync, and the panel will time out, and also, if you happen to go to another app and go back to the PlatinumLED App. the time disappears, this needs to be changed to have the time stay present at ALL TIMES and the panel and the mobile app. need to always be in sync instead of the panel timing out, and the mobile app's timer still has a running timer!!!

Horrible customer service. They want a video of the saunamax pro intermittently dimming. Hard to get a video with bright lights. They refuse to do anything to help. Will not have any communication except through email.
