Gongjik Plan is an unofficial schedule management tool for school staff created by an individual developer with no affiliation or sponsorship with government agencies. It does not represent any government agency, such as the Ministry of Education or Offices of Education, and is not an official work system or administrative service.

This app is a schedule management tool designed to easily manage the repetitive annual work cycles of school staff.

■ Key Features

· Turn on only necessary features
In Settings › Feature Management, you can turn on and off optional features such as Post-it notes, map recording, and commuter bus schedules. Turned-on features are added as tabs (up to 6), and you can change the order of the tabs. Features that are not turned on do not appear on the screen.

· Map Recording (Optional)
It records instances of student guidance and educational activity infringement at the school level as they occur. It is locked via fingerprint, facial recognition, or a device password, and the previous content remains as a revision history whenever changes are made. It records audio within the app or imports audio files and photos to paste the originals, and a verification value (SHA-256) is also recorded. Records can be exported as a PDF only or as a ZIP file containing both the PDF and the original so they can be transferred to a school PC. Users can choose the destination (email, messenger, Google Drive, etc.).

This feature is a tool to assist teachers with their personal records and does not replace the Office of Education's official reporting procedures or systems.

· Post-it Notes (Optional)

You can attach notes that are difficult to upload as official schedules. If you attach a date, they will appear on the calendar and can be registered directly as tasks or events.

· Today's Tasks

When you open the app, it displays only the tasks to be processed today. Tapping the circle immediately marks a task as completed, places a completion stamp, and fills the progress ring at the top. Overdue schedules from the past week can be collected and folded separately, allowing you to focus on today's tasks.

You can choose from stamp designs such as Completed, Approved, Panda, and Lizard.

· Insert Event Photos

Take a photo of your monthly schedule and send it to an AI app of your choice. By pasting the received results, events are added all at once. Simply copy the prompt from the Input tab, return to the AI ​​app, and press Paste.

· Import Last Year's Tasks

By pressing “Import Last Year's Tasks” on the Input tab, the system reads the Edufine Production Document Registration Ledger CSV file that the user has downloaded and selected on their device to retrieve last year's tasks. Public Service Plan does not access or link with K-Edufine, nor does it retrieve data from government systems.

You can import any file received via any channel, such as KakaoTalk, Mail, or file apps, by selecting “Public Service Plan” from the shared list.

· Manage Tasks and Events Separately

Tasks that you need to handle are categorized as Tasks, while events held at school are categorized as Events. Only Tasks appear on the Today tab, ensuring that items marked as completed do not become obscured, while both are visible on the calendar.

· Confirm After Review

You can confirm or delete added schedules via a slider in the Review list below the Input tab. You can confirm only items of the same nature at once using the “Confirm Bulk Tasks” or “Confirm Bulk Events” buttons. If there are no items to review, only a notification informing you of the next tasks remains.

· Built-in Calendar

You can create and edit events directly within the app. It supports descriptive notes, important markings, and Korean public holidays, and is organized so that weekends are easily distinguishable at a glance. When you select a date, the name of that public holiday appears in the list. For multi-day holidays like Chuseok and Lunar New Year, the duration is indicated on the first day.

Schedules transferred from last year's data are marked with "Last Year" to distinguish them from manually entered schedules. For titles like "2025 Academic Year...", you can move the year back one year with a single button press on the edit screen.

· Commute Bus Arrivals (Optional)

You can display real-time commute bus arrival information at the top of the "Today" tab. If you register one departure and one arrival stop, the display will automatically switch based on the time of day. It is off by default and only works when enabled in Settings › Feature Management.

This feature retrieves data released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Gyeonggi Province on the Public Data Portal; it is not the official app of the Ministry or Gyeonggi Province. The source link is displayed under "Information Source" below.

· Local Notifications

Notifies you of the week's schedule all at once every Monday morning, and again on the morning of the scheduled event. You can adjust the notification time yourself (default is 8:00 AM).

· Calendar Integration (Optional)

If desired, you can send confirmed schedules to your device calendar. If your device calendar is connected to a Google account, the same schedule will be visible on your PC or other devices. It is turned off by default and only works when selected manually in the settings.

· Trash (Stored for 30 days)

Deleted schedules, events, and sticky notes are stored in the trash for 30 days and can be restored at any time.

· CSV Export

You can export confirmed schedules as a UTF-8 CSV file to share with Excel or other apps. When imported, they are restored to their confirmed state.

· Light/Dark Screen

You can follow your device settings or choose between a light and dark screen.

The app does not access this system. It simply reads the user's own files selected directly on the device after downloading them.

"Importing last year's work" is a function that reads the user's own files selected directly on the device. The app does not access K-EduFine or other government systems, nor does it retrieve government data.

■ Privacy Protection

· Work schedules are stored on the device. There is no registration or login required, and the developer does not access or collect the user's work schedule.

· The app does not send data to its own server. There is no server operated by the developer.

· Events selected by the user are sent to the chosen calendar only when calendar synchronization is manually enabled. When the bus arrival card is enabled, stop information is queried from a public data server.

· Map history (including recordings and photos) is stored only on the device and leaves the device only when the user manually sends it via export. The microphone and photos are used only when the user records or attaches them.

· If device backup is enabled, a copy of the event data is saved to the user's Google Drive. This is to ensure that events are restored intact even if you change devices, and the developer does not have access to this copy. If you do not wish to do this, you can turn off backup for this app in your device settings.

· Deleting the app immediately deletes data on the device.
