2026-05-04	ju*****	I got problem posting on tik tok Images... failed to be posted message came up , I did contact the customers care support to explain the problem , they didnt check my account and couldn't see the failed post ( even if there is a section for failed post in the app ) I brought the concern during the 30 days free period to try ... I have been requested to share proof and picture of the error , wich I did on email reply ... 3 days silence .... 30 days finished , bill came up and paid... still no re

2026-03-27	Ja*****	It's been 4 years and I'm out. The app just slowly started declining. Adding in paywall restrictions here and there and then their UI did it for me. Disappointing. So far, so good. You do need a business account to enjoy everything this app has to offer BUT it's still extremely beneficial for other accounts. I prep and plan out everything in this app ahead of time. Posting has gone from trying to hurry up and figure out a good caption and find good hashtags to copying, pasting, and posting.
It's been 4 years and I'm out. The app just slowly started declining. Adding in paywall restrictions here and there and then their UI did it for me. Disappointing. So far, so good. You do need a business account to enjoy everything this app has to offer BUT it's still extremely beneficial for other accounts. I prep and plan out everything in this app ahead of time. Posting has gone from trying to hurry up and figure out a good caption and find good hashtags to copying, pasting, and posting.

2025-11-17	Ph*****	The concept is solid but the website and app are not. I'm constantly needing to reconnect my Instagram which becomes a huge deterrent from using the app all together. And as of today, importing photos via Instagram shareable link is not working. which is just another feature and a long list of desirable features that sadly don't work.

Disappointed with the paid subscription, having to constantly run back-and-forth between laptop and phone to edit and get things posted. would have loved to give a better rating. love the concept and clean and easy look of the platform, but currently it's not delivering the basics.
