2026-07-14	St*****	I use this app almost everyday at work. It has gotten much better over time. If there was 1 thing I wish I could do it would be the ability to create and add my own custom icons to the system for use later as I'm doing markups when devices in the field have been moved, rather than using something generic like a circle or a square. It would also be nice to see triangles as an option for creating deltas. Five stars for the way it is but there's always room for improvement.

2026-06-04	Ja*****	stuck in a log in loop. asks for email - then password - then email - then password - then email - then password. uninstall and reinstall- no fix. try a different browser- no fix. reach out to the customer service and they tell me to LOGOUT AND RE LOG IN - HOW CAN I DO THAT WHEN I CANT EFFING LOG IN! Then they call me, and its someone that can barely speak English and has me playing t through some loud speaker so I can hear myself through the call. and again he tells me to just LOG OUT

2026-05-28	Ty*****	The app is non functioning..... does nothing what so ever....if I could go lower than 1 star, I would......this is the worst app I've used for anything period yet alone work. If you want a good app for your business or employees, try snagabricks or doforms because this isn't anything but a headache.....
